Pat’s Printers sells products to all legally adult individuals in the UK and throughout the EU. Whilst orders made from outside of the EU will be fulfilled, the buyer is responsible for ensuring that the product will meet importation regulations of their country. We accept no responsibility for goods that do not clear customs and will not offer a refund in this instance. We reserve the right to revise prices and shipping costs.

HOW TO ORDER:
Products can be ordered via the online web pages by adding them to the shopping cart and selecting the payment method at the internet cash register. All customer information is treated as confidential. The contact information sought while the order is being placed is utilized for processing the order and will not be used for any purpose other than delivery or for clarification in case of any apparent ambiguity. While placing an order on an online store, you are required to know and be bound by the prevailing terms of delivery.

 

 

PAYMENT: Payment can be made by credit or debit card and all payments will be processed securely through paypal.

 

ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:
An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon successful completion of an order. An email address is required when ordering in order to receive confirmation.

4.1 Returns address: Pat’s Printers- Returns. 35A King Street, Belfast BT1 1HU

Pat’s Printers will gladly accept returns for items that are in an ‘as new’ condition within 14 days from the date of purchase. The items must be new in appearance and free from damage, hair and dirt. Items must have been purchased directly from Pat’s Printers. Items not purchased directly from Pat’s Printers must be returned to the place of purchase.

4.2 Returns Process
Before sending an item back for return, be certain that the item is free from damage, dirt and hair and in a re-sellable condition.

  • Be certain that the item was purchased within the last 14 days.
  • Be certain that the item was purchased directly from Pat’s Printers
  • Call us on 07791 049829 to get an Authorised Returns Number.
  • Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
  • Please send back items that are in an ‘as new’ condition to the address below:

  • We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes a tracking number.
  • Include a brief explanation of your return, including a copy of the invoice or invoice number and your Authorised Return Number.
  1. Exchange
To make an exchange, please follow the above return process, and then place a new order for the items you would like.  Exchanges are handled as separate transactions.  Your return will be credited to your credit card and your new order will be charged to your credit card.
